Hello. i use numerous copying programmes....ie DVD Shrink ..Nero..roxio 8. x copy express. dvd santa....1 or the other always gets the job done! do you have "slysoft any dvd" running in the background?also are you copying to hard drive ..then to disc...or dvd rom to dvd burner.....try a slower burn time.....check surface of disc for dirt. dust and that the disc is perfect..ie ..no chips . blemishes ect...make sure no other programmes are running while you are copying.....good luck
